A 35-year-old man lay critically injured with a gunshot wound to his head. Emergency medical services rushed him to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The victim’s identity has not yet been released, pending family notification.
In addition to the fatality, two other individuals were injured in the shooting. A 28-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his shin, while a 22-year-old woman was struck in her right forearm. Both victims were transported to Harlem Hospital and are currently listed in stable condition.
