Key Responsibilities and Skills
The digital media manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including shooting and editing video content for the website and social media platforms. This role also involves capturing and editing still photos creating engaging graphics and maps, and managing the organization’s website and YouTube channel.
Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with producing social media posts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, and TikTok. Tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics will also be a key part of this role. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and experience with AI tools are considered a plus.
Technical Requirements
Proficient skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut are essential for this role. The candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visual content. Experience with graphic design and map creation tools is also highly desirable.
Given the nature of the role, the candidate should be comfortable working with various digital platforms and have a keen eye for detail. The ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in digital media is crucial.
